BILLING AND PAYMENTS: Captain Poop operates as a pre-paid service. Payment is due the first week of every month. We reserve the right to charge a late fee if payment is not received by the 10th day of the month.  We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. 

FINE PRINT: 

• New customers may be subject to an initial pick-up fee of $50 per hour and payment will be due at the time of service.
• We offer service weekly (once or twice a week), bi-monthly, and monthly. For a one-time service, please call. 
• Large yards will be subject to an additional fee. This will be assessed in person prior to the start of service.
• Odor neutralizer is available for a monthly flat fee, depending on the yard.
• We can either place your bagged/tied pet waste poop in your trash receptacle or haul it away. There is no extra charge if you would like us to haul your dog poop away.  
• You will receive a text message when Captain Poop is en route to your home. We would appreciate you making sure your gate is unlocked and your dogs are inside.  You will also receive a text message after we leave your home with a photograph of your closed gate. This service is provided to you at no extra cost.
